To start a return, please email contact@zelekana.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
For any order cancellation, send us an email within an hour of your order to contact@zelekana.com specifying your full name and your order number, we will do what is necessary.
How do I return something?
If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process. Please ensure that the item meets the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging (presentation card, pouch, etc.) must not have been worn, used, washed, modified or damaged
- Pack the items you want to return into the package. Also enclose the completed return slip. You received this by email together with the order confirmation. Then seal the package carefully.
- Address the package to the following address:

- Please keep the return receipt carefully until we confirm the return.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation and refund your purchase amount. If you have not yet paid for the items, your invoice will be reduced by the corresponding amount.
What if I don't like something?
You have 14 days after delivery to decide whether the item(s) is/are right for you. We ask that you handle the jewelry with care and must not have been worn, used, washed, modified or damaged.
The product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging (presentation card, pouch, etc.) accompanied by the invoice and an explanatory note containing the customer's contact details and their desire to receive a refund or credit. You can find more information in our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.
Have you received faulty or incorrect goods?
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@zelekana.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Providing photos of the defect or incorrect item will help us process your request faster.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
